Choice National Loan Consulting Mortgage Modification
I have a family member that was sold a loan mortgage modification contract by Choice Loan Consulting of Chandler AZ. The charge was $3,500 and she was told the average time was 4 months to negotiate a reduction in monthly payments. She provided a credit card number and paid this in January 2009 - no modification as of September 2, 2009 - approaching 9 months. I requested a refund over 2 months ago based on their guarantee, they refuse to give the money back despite their failure to follow through.
I have done several searches online and this experience doesn't seem unique, several seem to have the same experience with this company in Arizona. The point of this blog is to identify others with the same situation and experience and file suit in the courts with as many as possible on behalf of the class and initiate an investigation with the Arizona Attorney General Office. If you have experience with Choice National Loan Consulting in Gilbert, AZ please respond.
